Tourisme Gaspésie is a private, non-profit economic development and promotional organization. Established in 1978, it is also known as the Association touristique régionale de la Gaspésie (ATRG).
Tourisme Gaspésie is one of 21 regional tourist associations (RTA) in Quebec. As privileged partners of the Ministère du Tourisme and representatives of the various tourism stakeholders in the regions, they play an important role in coordinating and catalyzing their communities. Tourist associations are in charge of promotion and marketing, hospitality, information and signage, as well as the development and structuring of the tourism offering in their respective regions.
Tourisme Gaspésie's mission is to mobilize, represent and promote the Gaspésie tourism industry.
